Linux Mint is safe, reliable, and easy-to-use but it has less software available. I will check that your needs are met by Linux Mint before I build a computer or charge you anything. I can guarantee safety and reliability with Linux Mint but offer no guarantee for Microsoft Windows. Mint is also about CA$180 cheaper.
